Modern Slavery Statement 

Moonrise 24hr Recruitment Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chain. As a provider of high-quality care services, including domiciliary care, supported living, children’s residential care, and staff supply, we recognise our responsibility to ensure that our operations and those of our partners uphold the highest ethical standards. 

 

Our Commitment 

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically, transparently, and with integrity in all our business dealings. This commitment extends to our supply chains, contractors, and subcontractors. 

Our Policies 

  • Safeguarding and Recruitment Policies: We have robust recruitment procedures, including rigorous vetting and ongoing training for all staff, to prevent exploitation and ensure the safety and wellbeing of the people we support. 

  • Code of Conduct: All employees are expected to adhere to our code of conduct, which includes respect for human rights and compliance with employment laws. 

  • Whistleblowing Policy: Staff can raise concerns confidentially if they suspect any form of exploitation, abuse, or unethical practice. 

 

Risk Assessment and Supply Chain 

We actively assess the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains. Our suppliers are required to demonstrate compliance with applicable labour laws and ethical standards, and we prioritise working with partners who share our commitment to human rights. 

 

Training and Awareness 

All employees receive training on safeguarding, recognising signs of exploitation, and reporting concerns. This ensures that modern slavery awareness is embedded across the organisation. 

 

Continuous Improvement 

Moonrise is committed to continuous improvement in preventing modern slavery. We regularly review our policies, procedures, and practices to identify areas for enhancement and ensure ongoing compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
